William B. Ramsey, CPM (B)
President

Bill Ramsey has 43 years of real estate experience in Hawaii, including appraisal, sales and property management. The last 30 years have been devoted primarily to full-time property management, specializing in residential income property management.

From 1973 to 1977, Bill was a Property Manager with the property management department of a large trust company in Honolulu. From 1978 to 1979, he was the Broker-in-Charge of a large property management company’s rental department. Prior to the opening of Bill Ramsey, Inc. in 1981, Bill was the Vice President and General Manager of a full-service property management firm, providing management services for rentals, condominium associations and account collections.

Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College in California. In addition, he holds a Principal Brokers license with the Hawaii State Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs and has been designated a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management of the National Association of Realtors.

Bill is a past instructor with the Graduate Realtors Institute of the Hawaii Association of Realtors and the IREM Accredited Resident Managers Course 101. He was the 1984 President of the Hawaii Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management and a past Director of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, and the Hawaii Association of Realtors. He is also 1997-1998 Chairman of the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Hawaii Association of Realtors.

Bill currently serves on the chair of the Affordable Housing, Housing and Homelessness subcommittee of the Hawaii Association of Realtors Governmental Affairs Committee.

Tisha Ramsey (B)
Property Manager

Tisha began her real estate career with Bill Ramsey, Inc. in 2000, as a manager trainee and office manager assisting with the daily operations. She is currently a property manager, servicing Leeward and Windward Oahu.

After completing her primary education in Hawaii, Tisha graduated with degrees in Sociology and Law from Mainland Universities in California & Maryland. Her exposure to the business through her father, Bill Ramsey, has been a benefit to all facets of the company.

Tisha lives with her family in Kapolei.

Aloha K. Fontes (B)
Property Manager

Aloha who began her property management career in 1993, as an assistant property manager, worked her way up to a full Property Manager for a real estate sales and management company. In 1998 she joined Bill Ramsey, Inc., as a Property Manger servicing the Leeward area.

She then left the company to pursue other aspects of property management such as Condominium Association Management and Management of City Projects. After broadening her experience, she returned to Residential Property Management at Bill Ramsey, Inc.

Aloha and her family reside in Central Oahu.

Carolyn M. Moss (S)
Leasing Agent

Carolyn, a lifelong resident of Hawaii, provides Bill Ramsey, Inc., with the full time effort necessary to successfully market our properties when they become available for rent. In addition to pricing, composing and placing advertising, she personally previews properties with prospective tenants.

Carolyn, who received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida also brings in depth experience in retailing and marketing to her job. She has been a real estate licensee since 2006.

Carolyn lives with her family in Honolulu.

Kristen Kulukulualani (S)
Property Manager

Kristen grew up on the Big Island of Hawaii where she started her property management career. She has managed property all over Oahu but currently handles properties in town.

Kristen and her family live in Waipio.
