We believe the first step of any successful property management plan is for the manager to obtain a thorough understanding of both the property and the client's goals of ownership.

Over the years, we have found that it is extremely important to conduct a pre-marketing inspection of the property, preferably with the client to obtain this knowledge. During the inspection, you will have the opportunity to meet one of our property managers in person and discuss your goals with them. You will also be able to call upon their expertise and experience for guidance in the preparation of your property for marketing and determining its rental range.

After this inspection and meeting, your property manager will be able to effectively prepare the marketing plan for your property while calling upon his or her experience, training and knowledge of the current market.
